The scope of responsibilities of property management has been extended to managing leases and operating complex financial services. Expanded services include, among others, invoicing on behalf of the owner, the indexation of contractual rates, contractual security management, preparation of budgets and reporting on implementation of the budget within the revenues and operating costs, preparation of annual service charge costs. So far, NAI Estate Fellows provided these services to partner companies: Highlander Park Sp. o.o., National Real Estate Holding Sp. o.o., Radomsko Invest S.A., FRAM Management Sp. o.o. Sp. k.
