NAI Estate Fellows Poznan has signed a lease agreement for office space in Podwale Office Center located on 10 Małachowskiego Street in Poznań.

The new tenant is Poznańskie Centrum Świadczeń. The office location has been choosen for administration of the 500+ program. Poznańskie Centum Świadczeń takes office with an area of ​​650 m2, which is located on the ground floor of the building. The opening took place on 1 April 2016. NAI Estate Fellows Poznań located at 1A Gajowa Street in Poznań was responsible for the transaction.

Podwale Office Center is a complex, which consists of two interconnected buildings with a total office space of ​​10 500 m2. The building has been equipped with the most modern solutions (technical floors, energy-efficient cooling system with heat recovery, energy efficient lighting, intelligent  building management system).

The idea of ​​the Podwale Office Center project is fulfilled with concern for the local community and the environment. With the support of the European program under the JESSICA initiative, the developer is implementing a project of a park with walkways, benches and a playground for children, the project of improvement and development of road infrastructure and the coverage surrounding streets monitoring.
