The Regional Water Management Authority in Poznań will change its premises for Chlebowa Office Center.

The main tenant will occupy an area of ​​approximately 1 900 sqm, which is 4/5 of the total area of ​​the building. The offices will be located on two floors (1st and 2nd). The agreement was signed for a period of 10 years.

Justyna Wasiak – Negotiator in NAI Estate Fellows Poznań office, located on 1A Gajowa Street, was responsible for carrying out transaction on behalf of the owner of the building.

Chlebowa Office Center is a modern, class B office complex, with a total lettable area of ​​nearly 10,000 sqm, which consists of five buildings located on Chlebowa Street, close to the very center of Poznan. The buildings underwent a complex modernization. The office surfaces are equipped with raised technical floors, suspended ceilings, central air conditioning with individual controls, 2 independent sources of power, cat. VI cabling. Each building has a separate entrance and driveway. As part of further works in the object it will be adapted for the disabled – wheelchair ramps to the elevators will be placed on a lower level. The open space area allows free office space arrangement. Buildings of different sizes create an ideal workplace for both small and large tenants.
