Innovative school in Druskienicka Office Center
The Spark Academy Foundation moves in to Druskienicka Office Center in Poznań.
The main tenant will occupy an area of approximately 1 000 sqm, which will be adapted to the needs of the primary school. Justyna Wasiak – Negotiator in NAI Estate Fellows Poznań office, located on 1A Gajowa Street, was responsible for carrying out transaction on behalf of the owner of the building.
The Spark Academy Foundation implements international educational programs in Polish – International Primary Curriculum for primary school and Middle Years International Curriculum for middle school. The school uses the latest and proven teaching techniques. Students have the opportunity to take initiatives, thanks to the walkabout program and implementation of social projects.
Druskienicka Office Center is a former industrial building with a total area of 3 500 m2. Over the years, the building underwent a number of modernization and adaptation works to the needs of office space. High, extensive areas of open space and their design, give great possibilities of space arrangement. The property belongs to the Machura Bros Corporation portfolio.
“The Spark Academy Foundation needed a facility that would meet precise expectations. First of all, it was important that the place was private. Moreover the location in the northern part of Poznan was crucial. As it turned out, the building intended for other purposes, proved to be a perfect choice. In addition, the property surroundings allow the separation of space for the playing field. In addition, a large parking lot is another advantage of the property, as it makes walking children to school safer.”- says Patrycja Masiarek – Director of NAI Estate Fellows in Poznań office.
