NAI Estate Fellows in Poznan has signed an exclusive contract to commercialize office building Business Park Grunwald in Poznań.

On the area of about 9 ha located in the Poznan district Grunwald, the company Park Sp. z o.o. started modernization of an office building from 70s. The renovation works will include a new facade, entirely new interior design, and modern systems and devices such as: air conditioning, fiber optic installation and new elevators in specially built-on external shafts.

Office space will be fit out to the specific needs of both small and medium-sized companies, as well as large enterprises. Except building finishing standards, the business park provides convenient parking. In addition, the building will be equipped with facilities for cyclists including specially designed locker room with showers located on level -1. On the ground floor of the building canteen and reception will be located.

Some of the warehouses and office spaces already underwent the renovation. Further investments are planned due to which next buildings will be put to use. Completion of the modernization works is planned for the beginning of 2017r.
