REF Eastern Opportunities is going to start the development of a new office building, which will become a part of the Poznań Depot (Zajezdnia Poznań) complex.

Soon the Investor is going to commence the development of an office building of the total space of app. 6,870 m2. The Class A office building is going to have 4 over ground storeys, ensuring approximately 6,000 m2 of comfortable office space – the area of a typical floor is 1,800 m2. The Lessees shall have at their disposal one underground storey assigned only for a car park.

The offer of office space will be supplemented by the historic structures situated close to the Gajowa Street – they will undergo re-development and appropriate adjustments, to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers looking for comfortable and stylish office spaces. The remaining stages of the investment are: residential apartments, commercial properties, as well as a historic tram depot. The hall of the tram depot shall become the space for artistic and cultural events, as well as cafes and restaurants.

The location of the object, halfway between the heart of Poznań and the Jeżyce district, is one of the most attractive places, as it merges the prestige of the city centre with the proximity of all sorts of offices and institutions. Another advantage of this location are excellent connections with the airport, the railway station and the highway junctions.

The Poznań Branch of NAI Estate Fellows, at 1A Gajowa Street, handles the lease of spaces available in the object.

Patrycja Masiarek, Head of NAI Estate Fellows Office in Poznań, says: „The Poznań Depot (Zajezdnia Poznań) is a place which stands out among other investments thanks to the original merger of the historic structures with the modern architectural design. The new investment in the area of the Poznań Depot (Zajezdnia Poznań) complex is an offer addressed to customers, who are looking not only for high-end office space, but also varied and broad selection of service and commercial facilities”.
