IB Systems have chosen the Quartz Office Poznań for their new premises.

IB Systems Sp. z o.o. company is a part of the INTROL S.A. group, providing intelligent systems for the construction sector. The Company’s core business is the design, implementation, integration and maintenance of telecommunications, security and automation systems for the smart buildings of various kinds, such as office buildings, shopping malls, industrial facilities, public utility buildings, etc.The Lessee shall occupy the area of 320 m². Ms Justyna Wasiak, the Negotiator of the Poznań Branch of NAI Estates Fellows, at 1A Gajowa Street, was responsible for the accomplishment of this transaction on behalf of the building’s Owner.

The Quartz Office Poznań is a cosy office building, of a very characteristic shape, designed by the Poznań architectural studio – Easst. The total leasable space of four over ground storeys is 1,280 m².
