NAI Estate Fellows represented DJI, the global drones company in a lease transaction for their first showroom in Poland.

The DJI showroom will occupy 116 square meters and is located in the New City office complex in Mokotów district in Warsaw.

The New City’s complex visibility and the premises itself, the closeness of bus and tram stops, and easy access to the building adds to the attractiveness of the new DJI showroom.

„The DJI showroom had to be situated in a prestigious location, so we turned to NAI Estate Fellows for help in finding the proper one. The task was not simple, as there were  limited numbers of relevant properties in the centre of Warsaw as well as in the city’s outskirts, that met our criteria. What is more, there was considerable interest in this type of premises. Thanks to the NAI Estate Fellows team, we were able to find an appropriate property, and finalise the contract” – says Robert Błędowski, the exclusive DJI distributor in Poland.

„Working closely with DJI, we could quickly find a suitable space for the first DJI showroom in Poland. Owing to the dynamic brand and our close cooperation with DJI, the world leader for this kind of devices, we are planning to help DJI open other locations in Poland” – adds Rafał Misiak, Negotiator for NAI Estate Fellows.

As the market leader in easy-to-fly drones and aerial photography systems, the company provides products for both amateur photographers and professionals, for whom the drone is a day-to-day tool at work. The DJI drones are used successfully for pro video and film production, but are also applied in farming (farmland irrigation). They are also used in rescue operations, thanks to the thermovision cameras installed, as well as the control of developing infrastructure.

The New City office complex offers ca. 44 000 square meters of modern office and retail space and is situated at 15 Marynarska Street. The complex, located next to four major thoroughfares, comprises of an 11-storey building (New City) and 4-storey building (New City 2). Moreover, it has very good visibility and has easy access from  the city center as well as the Chopin International Airport. The buildings offer retail space on the ground floor and provide 1 291 parking spaces across three-levels of underground parking. Furthermore, the New City obtained the prestigious environmentally-friendly BREEAM In-Use certificate in two categories: “Building Management” and “Asset” on the excellent level.
