Perfumesco, the online perfume store, has decided to open its first retail shop in Proximo II.

Perfumesco offers authentic perfumes and cosmetics at affordable prices. Its assortment includes several most renowned fragrance brands, such as Armani, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Paco Rabanne. An extensive selection of reasonably priced cosmetics and the assortment enriched constantly by new products and brands attract numerous customers. Until now, clients could make purchase only via the online store at the www.perfumesco.pl website. The retail store will occupy the premises of the area of 140 square meters, situated on the ground floor of the office building. The opening will take place at the turn of June and July 2018.

NAI Estate Fellows represented Perfumesco during the lease transaction. Rafał Misiak, the Negotiator of NAI Estate Fellows, supervised the whole process.

„We wanted our first, flagship store to be situated in the best location possible and we wanted the place to be conveniently accessible from various parts of the city, to ensure that our customers can visit us trouble-free. Our chain is growing and soon we plan the opening of another shop – this time in one of the shopping malls of the capital city”. – Rafał Denisiuk from Perfumesco says.

The investor of the Proximo 2 office compound – Hines Polska – was represented during the lease transaction by Colliers International.

Proximo is a modern compound of two mixed-use commercial buildings that merge the design and functionality with technologically advanced systems improving the work comfort of the tenants. Its location close to the very centre of the city and the availability of various means of transport, including the station of the second underground line situated right next to the office buildings influence largely the attractiveness of the compound. The Proximo II building, in which the Perfumesco retail store will be opened, is situated at the 26 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw and offers to its tenants 650 square metres of commercial space and 19,950 square metres of office space on 11 storeys. The parking space of this modern building has 206 places on two underground storeys and 17 outdoor places.
