The G.Bar chain specialises in fancy styling of hair, nails and individually adjusted make-up. The characteristic features of the brand are careful selection of interior design details and a unique offer dedicated to the most demanding clientele.

The chain operates in such countries as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Slovenia and will be developed to United Arab Emirates. The G.Bar parlour will occupy the premises of the area of 76 square metres, situated on the ground floor of the office building, right next to Perfumesco – the store of the online perfume seller, a tenant, who was also represented by NAI Estate Fellows.

NAI Estate Fellows represented the G.Bar during the lease transaction. Rafał Misiak, the Negotiator of NAI Estate Fellows supervised the lease process.

The investor of the Proximo 2 office compound – Hines Polska – was represented during the lease transaction by Colliers International and more precisely by Anna Radecka, the Associate Director of the Commercial Space Department.

Proximo is a modern compound of two mixed-use commercial buildings that merge the design and functionality with technologically advanced systems improving the work comfort of the tenants. Its location close to the very centre of the city and the availability of various means of transport, including the station of the second underground line situated right next to the office buildings influence largely the attractiveness of the compound. The buildings were designed by the renowned architects studios – Rolfe Judd and Pininfarina and therefore they offer a friendly work environment and the implemented solutions meet the highest standards of the class A office space.

The Proximo II building, in which the G.Bar parlour will be opened, is situated at the 26 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw and offers to its tenants 650 square metres of commercial space and 19,950 square metres of office space on 11 storeys. The parking space of this modern building has 206 places on two underground storeys and 17 outdoor places.
