2018 is the year when NAI Estate Fellows celebrates the tenth anniversary of its operation on the Polish commercial properties market. From the very beginning, the company has been rendering services in the aspect of management and commercialisation of commercial and office properties. One of the greatest accomplishments in this period was the development of comprehensive financial services for properties and the introduction of automated processes thanks to cutting-edge systems to manage utility space.

In the lease sector, we were committed to the development of tools and databases, in order to optimise the services of the tenant representation, which resulted in an incremental increase of revenues from this type of transactions and made the representation of a tenant the major focus of the lease department. On the other hand, we cannot forget several successful sales of real estates from the portfolio of the largest institutional market players, such as PZU and PHN – Agnieszka Mazurek, Head of the Lease Department of NAI Estate Fellows, says.

Until 2018, we have managed to take over the portfolio of 19 real estates, to guarantee support in the attainment of the financial goals and to provide comprehensive and reliable information on an on-going basis. Thanks to us, the owners save time and minimise costs related to the bookkeeping and to the management of the real estate finances. At the same time, thanks to modern IT solutions, which save time of our managers, our customers can always rely on excellent customer service, close co-operation with tenants and our initiative in the aspect of optimisation of solutions dedicated for real estate market – Grzegorz Lisewski, Head of the Management Department, adds.

The tenth year of functioning of NAI Estate Fellows in Poland commenced with a few new projects regarding services. Since the beginning of this year, NAI Estate Fellows has also managed to take-over the management of five real estates, including two commercial buildings and three office buildings.

We are happy with our accomplishments so far and we hope that the next decade is going to bring us new exciting challenges, interesting projects and satisfied customers.
