A new beauty salon of Yasumi chain is going to be opened June this year in Warsaw, Mokotów district. It will be situated on the ground floor of Topaz, the office building constituting a part of the Nefryt&Topaz complex, located at Domaniewska Street. The area of the beauty salon will be 130 square metres, due to the agreement signed in December 2019. The tenant was represented by Rafał Misiak from the Warsaw division of NAI Estate Fellows.

Yasumi is a chain of more than a hundred exclusive beauty parlours located all over Poland. The brand offers a broad range of services, inspired by Far East culture and including cosmetic treatments, therapies and wellness services. The parlours operate on the basis of franchise agreements and they employ a large group of regularly trained professionals. They all use professional private label cosmetic preparations and offer free consultations to the customers. The Far East interior decorations and aura ensure both relaxation as well as plenitude of sensory experiences during treatments.

At the end of last year, we successfully finalised the transaction between owner of the Nefryt&Topaz complex and one of the Yasumi chain franchise holders. I am convinced that the parlour is going to have a lot of customers and the building will gain another interesting location to spend time in.
