Between 22 and 26 May 2017 electronic waste will be collected as part of the Lose Your Kilowatts campaign following the joint initiative of real estate services firms Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, NAI Estate Fellows, Savills, Skanska, Capital Park Group, and a waste removal company BYŚ. NAI Estate Fellows represented DJI, the global drones company in a lease transaction for their first showroom in Poland.
The DJI showroom will occupy 116 square meters and is located in the New City office complex in Mokotów district in Warsaw.

The Łódź Office of NAI Estate Fellows signed another office space lease contract at the Orion Business Tower, located at the junction of Al. Piłsudskiego and Sienkiewicza Streets.
The new Lessee is Berlitz Poland Sp. z o.o. language school, which shall occupy the area located on the second floor. The school shall have eight lecture halls, the teachers’ lounge and the administration facilities. (more…)
The Poznań Office of NAI Estate Fellows has signed the contract for the lease of space at the Baltic Park Molo in Świnoujście.
The Baltic Park Molo is going to be a modern complex of hotels, apartments and commercial properties, situated in between the beach and the main boulevard of Świnoujście. The complex shall comprise four buildings, a new walkway with the planned pier and the publically accessible recreation space. The two hotels, of an original design, will have a few restaurants, the SPA & Wellness zones, a nightclub, the Aquapark, as well as the convention centre that can host 1,200 people. (more…)
The Poznań Office of NAI Estate Fellows has signed the exclusive contract for the lease of an office space in the tenement house.
The property is located in the very heart of Poznań, at 20 Wielka Street, only 150 m away from the Old Square (Stary Rynek). 7 over ground storeys offer the total leasable space of approximately 3,000 m2. The area of a typical floor is app. 600 m2. The ground floor of the building was assigned entirely for commercial facilities and the remaining storeys were redeveloped to become offices.
The tenement house has undergone a series of redevelopments. It was provided with the elevator, the ventillation system, two independent sources of power supply, a fire fighting system, the alarm system and the access control system. The offices have also got the necessary IT infrastructure. At the entrance to the building there is a reception desk.
The anchor lessees of the building are: Getin Bank, Noble Bank and the Energy Regulatory Office.
