Eurocash has got a new location – they are situated in the Office – Warehouse Centre at the Żmigrodzka Street in Poznań.

Eurocash Group is a leader of the Polish wholesale FMCG market, namely the market of fast-moving food products, household chemicals, liquor and tobacco products. As the Company’s activities develop very dynamically, it was necessary to find a new location for its call centre. (more…)

NAI Estate Fellows in Trójmiasto started the commercialization of retail space in Brabank Gdańsk.

Brabank Apartments is a original residential and service complex which has been created, with a copper-coloured elevation and large glazing. A residential part stands on pillars above the service premises on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a green terrace only for residents.

NAI Estate Fellows in Poznan has signed an exclusive contract to commercialize office building Business Park Grunwald in Poznań.

On the area of about 9 ha located in the Poznan district Grunwald, the company Park Sp. z o.o. started modernization of an office building from 70s. The renovation works will include a new facade, entirely new interior design, and modern systems and devices such as: air conditioning, fiber optic installation and new elevators in specially built-on external shafts. On 18-22 April during “Zrzuć zbędne kilowaty” – “Lose your kilowatts” action, 70 properties took part in electrowaste collection.

NAI Estate Fellows and seven companies operating in the commercial real estate market organized the action in cooperation with “Byś” – a waste disposal company, which conducted the collection of electrowaste. As a result, 10 200 kg of electrowaste was collected! Profits from disposal of collected items – 1 500 PLN – will be transferred as a donation to the Świetlica Wychowawczo – Terapeutyczna „Smurfy” in Pisz. Furthermore, donors, who wish to remain anonymous, donated additional 8 000 PLN for Świetlica.

The Regional Water Management Authority in Poznań will change its premises for Chlebowa Office Center.

The main tenant will occupy an area of ​​approximately 1 900 sqm, which is 4/5 of the total area of ​​the building. The offices will be located on two floors (1st and 2nd). The agreement was signed for a period of 10 years.
