A real estate internet portal: Morizon.pl, in response to the growing trend of video marketing in real estate, decided to organize the “Visor 2016” contest. The competition included presentation of commercial and residential real estate. The award ceremony was held on 30 March 2016, during the celebration of the Real Estate Agent Day. Time for spring cleaning!
On 18-22 April NAI Estate Fellows and eight companies operating in the commercial real estate market in cooperation with “Byś” a waste disposal company, which will conduct the collection of electrowaste will take part in ” Zrzuć zbędne kilowaty” – “Lose your kilowatts” action. Landlords, advisors, investment funds and property managers support the Na niebiesko dla autyzmu (Light It Up Blue) initiative organized by the SYNAPSIS Foundation. The Light It Up Blue event was held between 1st and 2nd April 2016 thanks to the joint initiative of 11 international real estate companies. Eurobuild CEE acts as media patron for the event. (more…)
NAI Estate Fellows Poznan has signed a lease agreement for office space in Podwale Office Center located on 10 Małachowskiego Street in Poznań.
The new tenant is Poznańskie Centrum Świadczeń. The office location has been choosen for administration of the 500+ program. Poznańskie Centum Świadczeń takes office with an area of 650 m2, which is located on the ground floor of the building. The opening took place on 1 April 2016. NAI Estate Fellows Poznań located at 1A Gajowa Street in Poznań was responsible for the transaction. (more…)

The new tenant is Manpower – a global leader in HR solutions in the field of temporary work and permanent recruitment. The company will take office with an area of 300 m2. On behalf of the owner, the transaction was supervised by Piotr Klatka, Head of NAI Estate Fellows Office in Lodz, the tenant was represented by Colliers International.
– A change of the Lodz Manpower office is dictated by the growth of our company in the region and the desire to meet the expectations of our customers, – says Karolina Rząsa, Area Manager at the employment agency Manpower – new premises enabled the consolidation of several of our agencies that previously were located at various points of the city, and the location of the new headquarters in the city center. This will facilitate not only the logistical issues, but also organizational. The criteria which we defined in order to choose a new location were attractive business location, as well as modern and functional office that also allows good exposure of our brand visually.

Na niebiesko dla autyzmu (Light It Up Blue) is a global event which was first organized in 2011 by the Autism Speaks organization from the United States. In Poland, it is conducted by SYNAPSIS Foundation under the name “Na niebiesko dla autyzmu”. The initiative is based on underlining solidarity with the individuals and families affected by autism through illuminating commercial and public buildings in blue. There will be more than 85 buildings illuminated all over Poland, including Green Wings, Senator, Trinity Park III, Plac Zamkowy, Ethos, Złote Tarasy, Warsaw Trade Tower or Marynarska Business Park.
