A new beauty salon of Yasumi chain is going to be opened June this year in Warsaw, Mokotów district. It will be situated on the ground floor of Topaz, the office building constituting a part of the Nefryt&Topaz complex, located at Domaniewska Street. The area of the beauty salon will be 130 square metres, due to the agreement signed in December 2019. The tenant was represented by Rafał Misiak from the Warsaw division of NAI Estate Fellows.
Yasumi is a chain of more than a hundred exclusive beauty parlours located all over Poland. The brand offers a broad range of services, inspired by Far East culture and including cosmetic treatments, therapies and wellness services. The parlours operate on the basis of franchise agreements and they employ a large group of regularly trained professionals. They all use professional private label cosmetic preparations and offer free consultations to the customers. The Far East interior decorations and aura ensure both relaxation as well as plenitude of sensory experiences during treatments.
This year’s edition of the
campaign called „Get rid of unnecessary kilowatts”, held in Warsaw and the
surrounding areas from May 27 to June 14 in 97 commercial buildings allowed collecting
almost 27 tons of e-waste. The campaign covered mainly office buildings, but
there were also a few buildings of other kind. The result achieved turned out
to be almost threefold higher than a year before. Ten companies operating on
the commercial real-estates sector participated in the campaign: BNP Paribas
Real Estate Poland, Capital Park Group, Colliers International, Cushman &
Wakefield, Golden Star Estate, Golub GetHouse, Knight Frank, JLL, NAI Estate
Fellows and Platan Group.
A modern design of the entrance and the elevators’ hall, a comfortable relaxation zone on the outdoor terrace and a stylish mural on one of the external walls – these are some of the modernisations already in place in the Kupiec Poznański building, and there are some more to come until the end of this year.
For the Kupiec Poznański building 2018 started with changes: the office entrance from the side of the Strzelecka Street was completely modernised. The walls and floors were covered with modern, white sinter, which provides a very nice contrast with a wall covered with moss. The elevators’ hall and toilets on the 5th floor were also tiled with white sinter and illuminated with modern LED lighting. Four out of five building elevators were replaced. (more…)
The Grunwald Business Park is an office and warehousing object situated in the industrial part of the Grunwald district, at the crossing of the Kamiennogórska and the Jeleniogórska Streets. It is an excellent location, as the Grunwald district is in the western part of Poznań, which has both a very good connection with the ring road (S11, A2), as well as with the city centre (also with the use of urban means of transport). Another advantage of this location is the proximity of the airport.

The rental space in the Moniuszki 1a building is available again.
The Moniuszki 1a building is one of the Warsaw high-rise buildings, situated in the Śródmieście district, in the distance of 250 m from the Świętokrzyska underground station, which is a connecting nod for both underground lines (M1 and M2). In 2014, this office building was subject to a thorough modernisation, which included not only the implementation of the top-class technical and installation elements, but also the finishing materials, which ensure high comfort of use of this space. We are happy to announce that as of 1st of July, our colleague Rafał Misiak is taking over as an Associate Director of NAI Estate Fellows. Rafał has more than 9 year experience on the real estate market, having worked for companies like Metrohouse or Wood Lark Group. Among others, his extensive professional experience includes real estate development financing, both within individual and corporate banking sector.
His comprehensive knowledge on Warsaw’s commercial real estate market and Poland’s key regional markets, has made it possible for him to conduct a number of transactions on office and trade market in popular high streets and retail parks all over Poland. Rafał Misiak has joined NAI Estate Fellows in March, 2016 as a negotiator to be responsible for acquiring new office, retail and warehouse tenants. This included both negotiating terms of new contracts and finalizing transactions.
On 17 – 18th of May during “Zrzuć zbędne kilowaty” – “Lose your kilowatts” action, 71 properties took part in electrowaste collection. NAI Estate Fellows and seven companies operating in the commercial real estate market (Cushman & Wakefield, Grupa Capital Park, JLL, Knight Frank, Platan Group, GTC S.A. and Skanska) supported the action in cooperation with “Byś” a waste disposal company, which conducted the collection of electrowaste.
As a result, 9 900 kg of electrowaste was collected! Profits from disposal of collected items – 1 000 PLN – were transferred as a donation for the Ośrodek Rewalidacyjno-Edukacyjno-Wychowawczy by Stowarzyszenie „Przymierze – Ziemia Piska” in Pisz. Furthermore, donors, who wish to remain anonymous, donated a record 25 517 PLN for the Organisation.

Beauty treatments offered by the salon are performed with the use of top quality cosmetics and cutting-edge techniques, and all that takes place in an exclusive, baroque-style environment. The parlour of the size of 65 m2 is situated on the ground floor of an office building – Konstruktorska Business Center.
