NAI Estate Fellows celebrates its 10th anniversary!

2018 is the year when NAI Estate Fellows celebrates the tenth anniversary of its operation on the Polish commercial properties market. From the very beginning, the company has been rendering services in the aspect of management and commercialisation of commercial and office properties. One of the greatest accomplishments in this period was the development of comprehensive financial services for properties and the introduction of automated processes thanks to cutting-edge systems to manage utility space.

In the lease sector, we were committed to the development of tools and databases, in order to optimise the services of the tenant representation, which resulted in an incremental increase of revenues from this type of transactions and made the representation of a tenant the major focus of the lease department. On the other hand, we cannot forget several successful sales of real estates from the portfolio of the largest institutional market players, such as PZU and PHN – Agnieszka Mazurek, Head of the Lease Department of NAI Estate Fellows, says.

LOSE YOUR KILOWATTS!

Between 22 and 26 May 2017 electronic waste will be collected as part of the Lose Your Kilowatts campaign following the joint initiative of real estate services firms Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, NAI Estate Fellows, Savills, Skanska, Capital Park Group, and a waste removal company BYŚ. Proceeds from recycled e-waste will be donated to the “Przymierze – Ziemia Piska” Association. (more…)

Eurocash’s another location in Poznań

Eurocash has got a new location – they are situated in the Office – Warehouse Centre at the Żmigrodzka Street in Poznań.

Eurocash Group is a leader of the Polish wholesale FMCG market, namely the market of fast-moving food products, household chemicals, liquor and tobacco products. As the Company’s activities develop very dynamically, it was necessary to find a new location for its call centre. (more…)
